Learned Asstt. A.‑G. Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Mangi states that in this case the accused who was on bail remained absent only for a single date of hearing.. Subsequently he had produced medical certificate. He has no objection to the grant of concession in condoning the absence of accused on that date of hearing.
Let the applicant be released on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.15,000 and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
