The applicant stands trial under section 307/504, P.P.C. for causing five injuries to his wife and one injury to his sister‑in‑law. The doctor has certified the above injuries as simple.
Mr. Niamatullah Qureshi appearing for the State concedes that it is a fit case for grant of bail. I am also inclined to hold that the dispute seems to be a family dispute and since the injuries inflicted are simple in nature. I would admit the applicant to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety and P.R. Bond in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
