The counsel of the petitioner has made a prayer for filing criminal complaint against respondent No.2 or to give permission to petitioner to file a complaint against respondent No.2 for having stated in his parawise comments dated 9‑2‑1980 para. 9, that one foreign prisoner had made a complaint of unnatural offence against the petitioner on 13‑2‑1979. This Court does not file criminal complaints unless it has taken evidence and has formed its opinion.
No permission is needed from this Court for the filing of complaint by the petitioner if he has any genuine cause of complaint against anyone.
This application is, therefore, dismissed.
