The applicant has been challaned for having committed unnatural sexual intercourse with one Sajid 'Khan, a boy aged 8/9 years. The report of the incident was lodged by the father of the victim on the same day.
The main ground urged in support of the bail application is of age, i.e. the applicant is a teen-ager. According to the certificate of headmaster of the school the date of birth has been shown as 25-9-1968, according to which the applicant would be about 16 years of age at present. In view of the tender age of the applicant, Mr. M.I. Memonj A.A.-G. for the State has no objection to grant of bail. The application is allowed. The applicant shall be released on furnishing surety in amount of Rs.10,000 and P.Rs. in like amount to the satisfaction of Xth Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi.
