This is a petition for grant of pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners under section 382/148 read with section 149, P.P.C. registered at Police Station Luddan, District Vehari , It is stated that the petitioners could not approach the learned Sessions Judge, Vehari, told obtain relief of pre-arrest bail for the police had made almost impossible A for them to reach the Court. In order to enable the petitioners to seek their remedy before the learned Sessions Judge Vehari, the petitioners are admitted to interim pre-arrest bail subject to their furnishing securities in the sum of Rs.5,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner/ Duty Magistrate, Vehari, till 25th May, 1983. The petitioners shall join investigation meanwhile and shall if sc advised file bail petition for the grant of pre-arrest bail in the Court of Sessions Judge, Vehari on or before the aforesaid date, failing which this order would automatically lapse. This petition stands disposed of.
