QAISAR SHAH versus STATE

The abduction or abduction for Section 497 of the Conduct Code (XLV of 1860), section 365 property collection, valuable security, etc., clearly suggested that the accused had a clear hand in the crime with the kidnapper involved in the appropriate identification parade. The accused was identified and the ransom money was recovered from it, it is alleged in the prohibited clause of section 497 (1). The CC was present on reasonable grounds to believe that the accused was linked to the alleged crime and the accused was denied bail accordingly.
