Submitted seats for farmers as well as social workers were submitted, but the Returning Officer rejected the verification of papers if the applicant like him could contest elections on specific seats for farmers. The letter and the spirit of the Balochistan Local Government Act 2010 were violated. , And this constitution would violate the definition of farmers included in the Balochistan Local Government Act 2010, meaning a person who was either landless or who did not own more than five acres of land and was restored. Was personally engaged in farming. It wasn't even solid that he personally engaged in farming for his care, so, even if he didn't own more than five acres, on agricultural land, that didn't automatically result. He was a farmer, he should demonstrate that he personally cultivated the land for his care, the High Court had already abolished the amendments made in the Balochistan Local Government (Election) Rules, 2013. The social worker category no longer exists, therefore, the applicant cannot contest the seat reserved for the social worker. The High Court refuses to interfere with the orders passed by the Returning Officer, petitions dismissed.
