Section 497 of the Control of the Narcotic Substances Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (c), the name of the accused in possession and smuggling, the defendant's denial was entered in the FIR with a specific role attributed to him. It was said that they had recovered large quantities of drugs (hashish).
