‑‑ Art. 199 read with Temporary Cultivation Conditions vide Notifi cation No. 2664‑C‑Fifteen years lease Scheme‑Temporary Cultiva tion Conditions dated 22nd September, 1944, held, snake it perfectly clear that leases under Temporary Schemes can be terminated earlier than lease period in certain specified situations.
