Section 11 Termination of Arbitrators The arbitrators have sought to eliminate those who have already presented their decision to the umpire and there is no need for them to do more with regard to the arbitration proceedings when the arbitrator became a functioning officer. The petitioner applied for his dismissal, so he was misunderstood and rightly rejected by the trial court.
