R which respondent No, 2 has agreed to register. Copy of the staid statement, duly signed by respondent No. 2, its placed on the record.
2. With this observation, this petition stands disposed of. Since the allegations in the statement disclose offences committed by Police, Officers, the Superintendent of Police (City). Lahore, is hereby directed to net under section 551, Cr, P. C, and to depute a Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police to investigate the case,
Order accordingly.
