‑‑ Art. 199‑Writ jurisdiction‑Finding of fact‑‑Lower Courts con cluding as to petitioner having not succeeded to prove repudiation of marriage before attaining age of 18 years‑Petitioner not showing any legal flaw in finding of fact on point‑Held, High Court in writ jurisdiction cannot substitute its own finding for finding of fact given by Court of competent jurisdiction.
