HABIB-UR-REHMAN versus CITY DISTRICT GOVERNMENT (K.B.C.A., WING), KARACHI THROUGH CHIEF CONTROLLER

Article 199 The Constitutional Applicant claimed that he had purchased 13 37 acres of land from two survey numbers and got an approved let-out scheme which is appearing for the respondents and stated that in total 26 One acre of land was sold while one of the respondents was found. The applicant also submitted further approval of an approved plan on 14 22 acres of land that some illegal constructions have been made by the respondents on several plots. The constitutional jurisdiction cannot be entertained by the High Court in its constitutional jurisdiction because in fact matters were involved in the matter. Request dismissed
