Article 199 Constitutional petitioner's complaint was that on the basis of an applicant's statement under Section 164, the CCP asked for a record before the Judicial Magistrate, on the report of the Investigating Officer, filed by another applicant. The statement was dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate. The applicants and the respondents were denied by each other, respectively, under the circumstances that a thorough inquiry be conducted by the Judicial Magistrate, which calls all concerned parties, including police officers and others. Later, they will settle the matter according to the law and evidence presented to them. An unknown order was set aside and the matter was sent to the relevant Judicial Magistrate for inquiry, after the Judicial Magistrate's inquiry ended, the Judicial Magistrate was left to proceed.
