REHMATULLAH ALIAS REHMAT versus STATE

Bail prior to Section 498 arrest, further investigation grant was charged only against the accused. In a letter to the Investigating Officer, the Inspection Police Superintendent (Investigation) directed that the accused be innocent along with the other three accused. The names of the columns should be displayed in column 2. The challan police accordingly presented the challan in which the name of the accused was shown in column no.2, in which the accused's case was brought for further investigation, the accused was admitted on bail before being arrested under the circumstances.
