MUHAMMAD LATIF versus DISTRICT JUDGE KARACHI (SOUTH)

Section 15 and 21 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of Article 199 of the High Court did not have jurisdiction to fulfill the purpose of the High Court constitutional jurisdiction, against the order of the Tenant Controller and the Court of Appeal. The other will not appeal. Constitutional application dismissed for re-examination of evidence for the purpose of assessing the merits of the improper decision of the Rent Controller and the Appellate Court
