MUHAMMAD YOUNUS versus STATE

The accusations against the accused under sections 218 and 471 of the Corruption Act (II of 1947), Section 5 (2), were proof that he had prepared a fraudulent challan. There were plots. The sale against the bribe was also not examined by the prosecution. It was alleged that the junior clerk was not capable of issuing any allotment order or involved in the case to save the original culprits involved in preparing the challan without the guidance of its superiors. In their statement under Section 2342, the CC's accused confessed to preparing the challan under the orders of the Administrative Officer, whose prosecution did not inspect, and the accused was acquitted.
