A false FIR was lodged against the victim's father and his abduction. The female applicant police surgeon stated that the petitioner's allegation of kidnapping had reached the age of puberty, which was evidenced by her statement about the birth of her son and the oath before the High Court. It is alleged that he had earlier taken an oath by an affidavit in which the Justice of Peace / Judicial Magistrate FIR was registered after a delay of 7 months after the alleged kidnapping case which revealed that the challan. Had disclosed that the investigation against the petitioner / accused High Court has hardly found anything to support this allegation in the FIR.
