----S. 13 (6)‑‑Tentative determination of arrears of rent in case of disputes‑Fact of arrears of rent being due totally denied by tenant‑Adoption of version of one party in such regard specially when amount of money cannot be deposited due to its being sizeable, held, cannot be considered to be approximate determination of rent due.
