Section (3 ()) affirms the applicant's affidavit selection that although the affidavit was not affirmed before the Oath Commissioner within the scope of the petitioner, an affidavit was filed in which the Oath Commissioner endorsed Candidates were confirmed the application was sent by courier on 18 6 2013 which was sworn in question on 17 6 2013, however it was confirmed on 18 6 2013, the request itself was verified.
