Arts 199 and 37 (c) the applicant of the constitutional petition held that there is no need for GAT / GRE for M.Phil or PhD in Urdu and GAT / by obtaining 50% marks for doing PhD in Urdu. This condition of passing the GRE exams was unfair. And to evaluate the ability of a student who passed his or her education in Urdu through a test which was entirely in English language and mathematical based on which no additional condition was imposed for the first time and Nor was it pointed out that any of the students were studying. M. Phil was admitted to the PhD program in Urdu, which did not pass the GAT / GRE with a 50% mark to show that he had been discriminated against. Which of the basic rights guaranteed under the Constitution has been violated? Clause (c) of Article 37 of the Constitution provided that the state should make technical and vocational education generally attainable and higher education equally accessible to all on the condition of merit so only those imposed by the authorities Not just for students who were applying for a Ph. In D Urdu but those who applied for PhD in Mass Communication, Iqbal Studies, Chemistry, Food and Nutrition, Islamology, Pakistan Language and Literature, there was no discrimination which led to the High Court. Has dismissed the application in the circumstances.
