Article Q 42 Laws of the Law (of 1984 of the), Article Su 59 Based on the report of a private handwriting expert against the plaintiff during the course of the trial, the indictment against the plaintiff by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Su Su Suits for prosecution. Neither the expert was summoned in the proceedings nor the copy of his report was given to the claimant for the opportunity of meeting the report; the photocopy of the report kept on record was not appropriate, not presented to the expert board or the court. It was supposed to provide an opportunity to testify in favor of his report. The plaintiff had made an assertion against the alleged forgery in its evidence, thus, the responsible board had to prove, except that such report, there was no coherent evidence against the plaintiff, The report had no identifiable value, thus could not be relied upon, in which case the suit was dismissed.
