Section 497 of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 337F (ii) guarantees the conviction on the denial of an alleged incident which could extend to three years in prison and, as a prohibition of section 497, p. C was not attracted but could not. He denied that in the event that the prohibition was not covered, the grant of bail was a rule and denial was an exception.
