Section 302/324/148/149/109 Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), section 417 (2) appeals against the acquitted accused allegedly behind the left hand of the deceased and the little finger on his right hand. The parties were thought to have inflicted the injuries on the victim in the dispute, and in this case it was concealed to cover millions, with no specific evidence of the hatchet's recovery from the accused; his sentence against it is not properly recorded.
