They violated the importance of NCB, relevant rules, certification practices and professional misconduct by the Company due to excessive overload due to the risk involved, due to proper care, competence and diligence. And due to negligence, the powers under Section 22 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969, in the use of the Commission, to ensure that the Company is fully compliant with the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969, the rules, regulations and future commission guidelines.
