Failure to declare the Company's financial results with all regulatory requirements, the Commission fined the Company Rs 50,000 (only fifty thousand) in exercise of its powers under Section 22 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969. So that the company is instructed to ensure its maintenance and care.
