There is no specific explanation as to why the allegation was false or was present at the public servant's office or its assigned work, but it was not mentioned, to refute the charge. No evidence was included in the written response. The same was true of other allegations leveled against a civil servant who believed that a decision by a service tribunal against a public servant could not be illegal, and could be interfered with by a Supreme Court petition.
