Sections 5 & 5 and 5 365 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 (b) show evidence of kidnapping for ransom in a trial by him, not only the complainant but other prosecution witnesses. The suspects pointed out that the ransom demand occurred within a few minutes while traveling one kilometer a minute. When the kidnapper was secured in a safe place and his voice was raised, the Supreme Court did not suspect that the complainant was guilty of abduction, but he suspected that there was no demand for ransom from the complainant. Whether or not the benefit was given to the accused, under which the Supreme Court changed the offense under section 65 converted APP APC to PP65 PP. Accordingly, jail appeals were allowed
