Section 17 Tenant Bona The Owner's Personal Needs The Landlord's Choice The landlord's personal need was not a decision for the court or adversary to decide which place should be the appropriate place for the landlord's needs It was the sole, exclusive and absolute discretion of the landlord to decide which cover or which part of the premises would be appropriate to his requirements, nor to any court nor any opponent to the landlord. May be allowed to endorse the opinion which explicitly stated that he was living with his uncle to anyone in his possession. The right of the owner cannot be denied. In the premises, the High Court refused to upset the conclusion on the issue of personal needs of the rent-controlled person, as well as the payment of rent in respect of the rent rate. The order regarding the first submission to the controller was in accordance with the evidence presented before the court which dismissed the appeal.
