ZULFIQAR AHMED versus MST. RUBINA

O IX, Rr 8 & 9 The application for reinstatement of the case was dismissed on 12 12 2006 for the plaintiff's plaintiff that he was arrested on 22 6 2005 and released on 24 6 2009. His trial could not be heard. Such disputable facts were good reason, which prevented the plaintiff from appearing and prosecuting. The application for restitution of the suit was restored to its original status and accepted.
