SYED ALI SHAH versus STATE

Section 22A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Applicant for registration of criminal case declared by the District and Sessions Judge / Justice of Peace as disqualification, under which section 22 A, the application filed under CRPC was dismissed after notice. No court directive was required to file a related police complaint. The court had properly dealt with the matter and also discussed the option under which the applicant could request a resolution of the complaint. The constitutional application was dismissed.
