ZAHID HUSSAIN versus STATE

Section 526 Applicant's transfer request for the applicant, who was directly named in the complaint, requested transfer to another court on the complaint that the Presiding Officer detained him and denied any offense. Sent him to prison for guilt. His request for an illegal clemency charge had not yet been settled and the matter was not used unlawfully in the order and the court presented the proceedings under this judgment on charges of seeking illegal restitution.
