Section 194 Appeals without Appellant's Signature to the Appellate Tribunal without the Applicant's Signature, the authority of which was not signed by the appellant by the appellant so that the appellant could be retained. Such defect was not removed by the Office for non-objection by the applicant as it was not eligible. With regard to the legality of the tribunal, the appellant could not show any rule or law that would require the tribunal's office to raise such objections. Appeal is the entrusted and legal right of an aggrieved person, who may file the same file before the forum provided by law himself or his authorized representative. The law filed by an aggrieved person by himself or his authorized representative shall not be enforceable. The involuntary injunction does not constitute any illegal interference.
