MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE versus CIVIL JUDGE AND JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE NO.1
Section 616161 filed with the Complaint Regulation (XLV of 1860), section 182, 365B and 392 the application for submission of an FIR which was dealt with by the Judicial Magistrate under B Class and the applicant / complainant. The plaintiff was ordered to sue under Section 182, PPC. In compliance with this order, a report was filed by the relevant section HA and thereafter proceedings against the applicant were initiated in the Judicial Magistrate Council's court for the applicant and it was asked if the trial. If the proceedings against the applicant are dismissed before the Court, they will be satisfied. Although the FIR was not proven under section 6565 BB&2 2 investigation and the PPC was set aside during the investigation, action was required against the applicant and proceedings under section 182, PPC. In no case, the action was stopped under the circumstances.
