GUL HASSAN versus STATE

Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302/324/337 H (i), 148 and 149 were affected and injured by speedy and negligence in murder, further investigation of the accused was laid in column No.2. After being prosecuted by the Thai Investigation Authority for further investigation into the matter, the accused was entitled to bail, the accused was released on bail under the circumstances.
