Article 199 Constitution License and Licensee Provincial / Home Secretary issued a dealership license in the name of a company which was run by applicants under other names, licenses were revoked on two grounds. First, several FI rupees were filed against the applicants alleging the issuance of false licenses. Secondly, the applicant had obtained the dealership license of the private company under different names, out of the seven FIs, five were successful in obtaining exemption from the applicant and / or five FI and the remaining two FI Rs. Pending High Court has ruled that if the applicants were able to exclude themselves from all criminal cases filed against them, they could approach the Secretary for consideration of restoration / restoration of licenses in accordance with law. The revocation order was canceled, after the cancellation of the Secretary of Interior, another matter has to be settled. The licenses will not be relied upon in this case until the decision is made by the Secretary of Interior, while in this case the applicants were given six months' time to clear the criminal cases filed against them so that they could refer to the Secretary of Interior. ?
