Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)‑
‑ Ss. 25‑A & 34‑Interpretation that right secured to workers can also be enforced by taking recourse to S. 34‑Held, not permissible as it would result in reading subsections (2), (3) & (4) of S. 25‑A nugatory and allow workers to bypass procedure and period of limitation laid down therein‑Remedies provided under Ss. 34 & 25‑A independently enure respectively to benefit of Unions and workers for enforcement of their personal rights.‑[Interpretation of statutes‑Industrial dispute].
