Article 199 Maintaining Constitutional Petition High Court Bar Association Cancellation of Selection Result Applicant contesting High Court Bar Association allegedly noticed some irregularities and wrongdoing in the election results. The constitutional petition could not be retained. No person described under Article 199 of the Constitution may, of course, challenge any order of the Federal or Provincial Government or local authorities acting within or under the High Court Bar Association, nor may it be subject to federal, provincial governments. And was performing the duties of the local authority, but was essentially an association; the members were prepared by rules and regulations to handle their affairs. It is an association within its own framework for which its members and electoral rules, if any, were ready to run their affairs within themselves, after being nominated under the aforesaid rules of the Association. Will have no position to work in practice. Matters of the state provisions of Article 199 of the Constitution, as in any case the applicants as well as the respondents, being all private legal claimants, the dispute between them is not in the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court applicant.
