Section 491 Habitat Corpus Dettins was arrested in a case filed under section 458/380, PPC, on which the complainant filed a dent in court on suspicion against him. There was a different explanation in the statement that was made. The FIR has neither conducted any identification parade, nor any evidence in which the identity of the accused has been disclosed, either by the complainant of the FIR or by a station house officer regarding his relationship. Detention on the basis did not justify the detention of the High Court. Gives them freedom in situations through detentions
