The eyewitness was the schoolteacher, and the girl living in the area clearly stated that it was the accused who tried to commit the crime. Any hostility with the accused was given to any witness of the prosecution, in this case there was no question of the accused being a liar, nor was there any difference in the amount of evidence in the criminal case, the minor girl was involved in the whole incident. Naturally, no father had included his real minor daughter in such a case and in the circumstances the conviction of the perpetrators was upheld and accordingly his appeal was dismissed.
