Instead of recording the applicant's statement under Section 154, the CR PC, Section HA intended to record the applicant's statement and proceed strictly in accordance with the Law Station House Officer, while the law required that statement be the first. Under section 154, the CR PC should be recorded, if this complaint was made from the contents of the station house, the relevant officer should be referred to section 154.
