OI, R 8, O XXVI, R 13, O XL, R 1, XLIII, R 1 & Section 96 Administration suit trial court issued a preliminary injunction whereby the shares of the parties on the local commission report were determined and It was concluded that a modest distribution and legal heirs were not possible through the division. The local commission was directed to auction the property related to the case filed by the defendant and the recipient was designated for distribution. The appellant / defendants objected to this report. The local commission but the same was rejected by the trial court against which they had not appealed, who had earlier chosen to order the auction order ordering the auction of the suit properties. In either appeal or review, the final position was obtained and the wires of the said order cannot be allowed to be discussed under clothing. After the local commission suspended the order directing the auction, petitioner's lawyer did not argue in support of the case that the suit could be split apart from the auction-related auction case. He even offered to sell his share to the appellants in order to put an end to the litigation, but the appellants did not accept the offer, which appealed to the trial court. The appeals of the appellants cannot be entertained as it is likely that the order which was not challenged within the prescribed limits has been finalized, its application may be possible, not only comprehensive but also fair and only without appeal.
