Section 5 Schedule and Section 17A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 constitutional application suit was granted to two minors with a 20% annual increase at the rate of Rs. 1200 and Rs. 1000 respectively, but the respondent / judgment Defendant's defense was terminated when the defendant failed to pay the debt, the restitution allowance granted to the minor's mother was declared an ex-partner, which could be challenged by the defendant before the appropriate forum.
