The trial court granted the arrest warrant after verifying the central suspect named in the FIR, Section 498 Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), section 365B & 376, arrest warrant and arrest for misconduct. The other accused were charged in connection with the charges. (Female) was only to facilitate the kidnapping of the alleged kidnapper and the prosecutor did not present any evidence of the alleged abductor's first marriage with anyone else because the accused's case was false, unreasonable and unfounded. The kidnapper was a legally married wife of the accused and he was not abducted by any body and false accusations of the accused cannot be ruled out. The whole story made by the complainant was false and disturbed and the FIR was filed with the accused, to the extent of the other accused / female accused, Section 497, did not fall within the prohibited clause of the CRPC. ?
