The defendants moved them to restore their possession, while the applicant, in keeping with the withdrawal order and the petitioner's petition for restoration, also moved the case, which is pending before the trial. The applicant hearing the hearing requested the transfer to be transferred. Reopening of the case in another court on the basis that the applicant had been caught playing poorly due to the previous conduct of the judicial officer and did not expect justice from the court to move the matter from one court to another. The application can be accepted only if there were valid reasons, but no real concern was shown that the applicant did not do anything other than the jurisdiction of the court on behalf of the petitioner. I just applied for a trial and transferred the case for lack of trust in the Judicial Officer. The applicant filed the petition for no good reason / reason. Dismiss
