Section 7 Petition for the reduction of cases from other co-accused The petitioner filed a petition under Section 7 of the Juvenile Justice System Ordinance 2000 so that he is less than 18 years of age on this matter. Saeed's plea was dismissed by the trial court at the time of the alleged incident. The Validation Petitioner submitted a school leaving certificate and birth certificate in support of his age proof, supporting the senior headmaster of the two documents who appeared in court with the relevant records. And the statement of leaving school and the headmaster's statement was unacceptable secretary, the relevant union council also submitted the berth register and also stated on the oath that the applicant's birth certificate was valid after the examination of the secretary's statement. The Special Medical Board for free said that the applicant was approximately 22 years of age. Applicants' medical examination was performed approximately two years after the alleged incident. It was fully proven on the record that the applicant was under 18 years of age at the time of the alleged incident, the trial court-approved impeachment order was set aside and the trial was granted by a jury trial.
