Section 497 (5) of the Conduct of Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 365 and 452, after the abduction or the kidnapping or confidentiality and the imprisonment of a person individually and at home in preparation for a misdemeanor, assault or imprisonment. His own daughter was allegedly kidnapped on a bail cancellation request. The day after she married a man of her choice through her mother, who raised a daughter, she had been living separation from the accused / her husband for the past twenty-two years. After the bail was granted by the judge, the accused kidnapped the accused district court's jurisdiction over the removal of the accused, but he disappeared from the court itself. Despite repeated instructions from the High Court, the accused did not present the alleged kidnapper in court and a case was registered against him. The defendant's frustrating conduct will lead to his dismissal of bail privileges
