Section 497 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), section 302/34 Kuttle im Bell, in this case an FIR grant was filed against unknown attackers. In the investigation, no material was recovered from the accused's possession, as according to police, with the exception of the supplementary statement, no further direct evidence was available on the record linking the suspect to the crime. Police were not finalized for any purpose and the accused was not needed, in which case, the accused was admitted on bail.
