Circle Registrar of Co-operative Societies ignores the directive issued by the first Deputy District Officer in connection with amending the by-laws and granting the voting rights to all members of the Society of the Circuit Registrar of the Co-operative Housing Society. Circle registrar was rejected. Instead of implementing its directive issued under section 44D of the Cooperative Society Act 1925 and implementing the award declared by the Deputy District Officer Cooperative Housing Society, the election was held in violation of its own order. Was awarded the award without mentioning the law. Or the bylaws under which the election was being made a validity petitioner, being a member of the Cooperative Housing Society, they had the right to vote and to participate in elections, which also guaranteed the whole process of constitutional selection, In the circumstances it was against the spirit of the law as the applicants were deprived of their rights and the process of forming a subcommittee on the discretion of the society with other members, thus giving more than 7,000 members the right to vote.
