Articles 2 (d) (1), 6 and 13 of the Transaction for Defendants, whether it be `sale or exchange 'Tal Student suits, the defendants have asserted on the claim that the transaction is interchangeable. Not the sale and the exchange accordingly was the better management of the suit land; unless the defendants prove that the suit land has been exchanged for better management of the agricultural property, it has not been excused for pre-arrest. The defendants and the suit failed to prove the request for better management of the land. Convincing evidence The following two courts, in the circumstances, correctly found that the dispute was not properly exchanged for the better management of agricultural property The plaintiff proved the formation of students by the evidence of trivial evidence. Notices were also compiled in the presence of which were issued in connection with the student's case, no illegal, irregular, corrupt, false statements or non-reading of evidence in the illegal detection of the courts.
